Form 4 & 4L Silicone Print Settings

Formlabs Silicone resin is a really amazing material. However, it's unfortunately not supported on the Form 4L and the success rate of the material is low even on the stock profile for the Form 4.

We went through a painstaking amount of time, effort and resources in order to test and tune print settings to get it to work surprisingly reliably on our Form 4L and the same learnings apply over to the Form 4.

These upgraded print settings result in significantly less failures and more successful prints in Silicone for both the Form 4 and the Form 4L.

This is a digital purchase, files will be emailed after order receipt. Ensure our Ember Prototypes domain is whitelisted in your email settings.

You will be required to sign a non-distributing agreement.
We do not issue refunds for this but can print samples before purchase if required.

Although we spent an enormous effort tuning the settings, Silicone Resin is still a very difficult material to print with and we are not responsible for print failures or improper print setup and support.
